We had such a great time scooping ice cream at the mall, it was a once in a lifetime opportunity and we’re going to miss seeing your smiling faces. As part of ongoing mall renovations, the extra-large door that allowed the truck to drive inside was being removed. So unfortunately we had to skedaddle before they removed our exit permanently

It was only ever meant to be a temporary pop-up, and we loved every minute of it, and we will be on the lookout for a suitable location in the Beaverton/Tigard area so we can keep scooping in your neighborhood. The truck is currently getting ready for its next location.
